Hayden's
Wall
Recorded in 2001 and 2002 at a secluded
studio in the desert outside of Phoenix, AZ, Big City
was the debut release of Hayden's Wall.
Unfortunately, we didn't last long enough
to have a follow-up.
In July, 2008, these tracks were remixed
for optimum mp3 sound because we were tired of listening to the
crappy versions that we were previously giving away. They also
benefitted from the six years of additional digital recording
experience and mp3 conversion improvements.
In addition to the tracks from the Big
City album, we offer a bonus song titled "Oh My Oh,"
which is a parody of CSNY's "Ohio." The lyrics were
written by the late Bill Evans (aka thumbtack) of Boycott-RIAA,
who asked if we could cover it. The "Hilary" mentioned
in the lyrics refers to Hilary Rosen, former Wicked Witch of
the RIAA, not Hillary Clinton.
We sincerely hope you like them.
